三 | 据农业农村部农情调度，冬小麦面积稳中略增，一二类苗比例91%，长势好于上年、好于常年；冬油菜面积小幅增加，一二类苗比例85.1%，好于上年、与常年相当。同时，抓好春耕春播，目前全国春播粮食已完成近两成，进度同比略快。其中，早稻栽插过七成，玉米、大豆播种过一成。 第二，“菜篮子”产品供应充裕。生猪产能调整优化。据国家统计局数据，截至3月底，全国能繁母猪存栏量3992万头，连续9个月回调，相当于目标保有量3900万头的102.4%。生猪价格触底回升，4月第2周每公斤15.4元、同比上涨5.3%。肉蛋奶全面增产，猪牛羊禽肉产量2490万吨，同比增长1.4%；禽蛋产量867万吨，增长1.5%；牛奶产量876万吨，增长5.1%。
四 | 蔬菜水果供给稳定，质量安全有保障，价格季节性波动。 第三，脱贫攻坚成果持续巩固拓展。健全监测帮扶机制，早发现早帮扶、动态消除风险。截至3月底，约六成的监测对象已消除返贫风险。指导各地分类推进帮扶产业发展，引导信贷资金投入，1—3月新增发放脱贫人口小额信贷204.8亿元，惠及超过46.2万脱贫户。开展防止返贫就业攻坚行动，截至3月底，全国脱贫人口务工就业规模为3048.7万人，达到年度工作目标。 第四，乡村产业发展势头良好。农产品加工业平稳发展，1—3月全国规模以上农副食品加工业增加值同比增长3.3%。3月农业产业化国家重点龙头企业PMI指数为56.5%，企业发展信心增强。乡村休闲旅游业持续升温，农产品电子商务较快增长。优化实施农业产业融合发展项目，带动更多农民就地就近就业。据国家统计局数据，一季度农村居民人均可支配收入6596元，扣除价格因素实际增长7.7%，高于城镇居民收入增速2.4个百分点。 第五，乡村建设治理扎实推进。深入实施乡村建设行动，截至3月底，县级乡村建设项目库累计已入库项目61.4万个，落实项目资金2507.4亿元。指导中西部资源条件适宜、技术模式成熟地区稳步推进农村户厕改造，分类推进农村生活污水垃圾治理，农村人居环境持续改善。
五 | 扩大清单制、积分制等务实管用乡村治理方式覆盖面，推介第五批32个全国乡村治理典型案例。
六 | 第六，农村改革持续深化。稳步推进农村土地制度改革，指导安徽、湖南、广西开展第二轮土地承包到期后再延长30年整省试点，稳慎推进农村宅基地制度改革试点。深化农村集体产权制度改革，推进农村产权流转交易规范化建设，农村发展动力不断激活。 总的看，一季度农业农村经济稳健开局，为巩固和增强经济回升向好态势提供了有力支撑。下一步，农业农村部将锚定建设农业强国目标，坚决打好夏季粮油生产第一仗，牢牢守住不发生规模性返贫底线，提升乡村产业发展、乡村建设和乡村治理水平，强化科技和改革双轮驱动，强化农民增收举措，培育发展农业新质生产力，努力推动“三农”工作取得新进展新提升。
